Sleeping positions during pregnancy
With the quarter beginning, most women do not have sleep problems. As the uterus grows and develops, however, you may find it a bit difficult going to bed. About 5 months, most pregnant women find they have difficulty growing to find a comfortable position in bed.It is important that you can find a comfortable position and relax as much as you can. Pregnancy pillows can be the answer to your problem. Getting enough sleep will not only help you get updated, but also help both you and your baby stay healthy throughout your pregnancy.
Comfy sleeping positions
1: Lie on your side. Most women lie on their side is the most comfortable sleeping position during pregnancy. Many doctors recommend that pregnant women are on your left side. This promotes optimal blood flow for you and your baby. It is not written in stone, if you feel more comfortable on the right side there's really no reason to avoid this.2: Do not lie on your back. This is not recommended, as this will compress your inferior vena cava (the large vein that carry blood back from your lower body parts to the heart). If you compress this vein, you interfere with blood flow, it can eventually make you dizzy or lightheaded, and in the long run, it can cause many other symptoms such as hemorrhoids, varicose veins, etc.
Add some support. Most women also find they need extra help during sleep. This can be achieved by using a body pillow or pregnancy. Place a pillow under your stomach and legs, and use a small pillow to support your back if you do not shoot during sleep.
4: Try to tilt / semi-reclining position. Some women find that the semi-reclining position in what is best for them. Stack some pillows behind her back, but not lying on his back. Again, there is nothing written in stone, if you find you have rolled on his back just go back to one of its sides and back to sleep.
5: Finally, do not be afraid to experiment. There are dozens of sleeping positions you can try at home, but the important thing is that you feel comfortable. There is really no gold status in pregnant women, because every pregnancy is unique so there ways to cope. You may find that the more lift the arm, or even a light pad rests on top of their head is the best location, so do not hesitate to do so.
