Often, there Shongweni farmers' market in KZN, this avocado sarme is not only incredibly delicious but is healthy and good looking. Mount these delicacies for breakfast or a casual lunch with friends.
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1 chopped bell pepper
2 slices bacon
Baked feta ½ turn
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup cilantro
Salt and pepper
2 slices rye bread
Method:
First Roast or grill the bacon and cut into small pieces.
